We’re back with more new HubSpot changes or features that will improve your productivity and ROI this month. Many come out no additional cost!
Breeze Assistant gets even more useful
Breeze assistant got a broad upgrade recently. Now when given a task, it asks clarifying questions and can do better visualization. On mobile, it now supports meeting prep, file upload, and suggested prompts. In workflows, it can help generate custom code actions from plain-language instructions (Data Hub Pro+). If you haven’t used Breeze in a while, give it another go.
Are you – and your HubSpot instance – on TikTok?
HubSpot has expanded its TikTok integration by creating or updating HubSpot contacts automatically. This closes a key gap between paid social lead generation and CRM follow-up, making TikTok leads easier to operationalize without manual imports. HubSpot can now send CRM conversion data back to TikTok through the Events API, based on lifecycle changes or form actions. (Marketing Hub Starter+)
Email-triggered workflows FTW
Here’s one we’re excited about. Now workflows can be triggered from the 1:1 email object for internal process automation. This is useful for teams that want automation tied to email records themselves rather than only broader CRM object behavior. (Marketing, Sales, Service Hub Pro+)
More ways to prospect
We’ve talked about HubSpot’s Prospecting Agent before – the AI sales assistant that identifies high-fit prospects by monitoring buying signals and CRM data. Now reps can enroll contacts into Prospecting Agent directly from Gmail and Outlook. Its new “digest” feature includes recommended companies and the buying signals behind them. This gives sales users a more proactive way to identify account-level opportunities from their daily summary instead of only working contact-by-contact. (Sales Hub Starter+)
Documents, templates and snippets included in lower tiers
It’s exciting to see two premium features become available for lower tiers: sales documents (now Sales Starter+) and email templates and snippets (all Core seats). Documents help reps easily share standard materials in 1:1 emails, with analytics about opens and dwell times. Email templates and snippets help with 1:1 communications at scale, most notably in sequences and customer success interactions.
BONUS SUGGESTION: Use this prompt for CRM-specific feature suggestions
Want something even more targeted to your business? Use this Breeze prompt to find out what new features will have the biggest impact on your HubSpot instance:
