Expanded customer agent use cases and handoffs
We’ve gushed before about helping a customer implement an AI chatbot that was only trained on a knowledge base. But that was just the beginning! Recent improvements include personalized responses by audience segment, improved handoff rules, lead qualification and even auto-detected multi-language support.
Tell me what you want, what you really really want
Creating reports can be challenging, especially when you need the data yesterday. Now you can create reports with AI using Breeze text prompts. It’s far from perfect, but it gives you a good framework to update afterwards.
HubSpot is becoming “such a good listener”
The humble meeting got several recent upgrades. Now there are upgraded conversation summaries for calls and meetings, which enable deals to be automatically updated to the next stage. We also like how we now can customize the confirmation emails that go out…they’ve been the same for years!
Create contacts from inbound emails
Our clients love when contacts get automatically created using the email extension. Now this feature is even more useful thanks to a new setting that creates new contacts from logged emails. If most of your inbound emails are from folks you want in your CRM, jump into settings to make the change.
Improved app governance + expanded Claude, Copilot, Slack and Google Drive apps
There are tons of efficiencies our clients get by connecting HubSpot to there relevant apps. But knowing who installed what apps when was a gap. Join the public beta to get enhanced app governance, and take another look at the updated apps from Claude, Copilot, Slack and Google Drive. As an example, the updated Slack application allows you to chat with Breeze AI without leaving Slack!
