For a mature product, HubSpot rolls out new features and updates at a blistering pace. You could say that keeping track of everything is a full-time job!
And here’s the best part – many of these improvements come at no additional cost to subscribers!
New email engagement tools (Marketing, all subs) – Google and Yahoo have new guidelines that, if not followed, will mean marketing emails will go to spam or be blocked. HubSpot now enables DKIM, SPF and DMARC domain set up within HubSpot. We strongly recommend making this change. (link)
Deal pipeline rules (Sales Pro and up) – Now you can set stages when deals can be created, control how deals move along and limit who can edit deals per stage. (link) Another change we like is that you can now choose a default name structure. Bonus: check out the AI Forecasting BETA.
Conditional property options (all Pro and up) – Now you can have certain properties appear for users based on selections made to other properties. This has been a much-requested feature for years since it clears up clutter and makes each user’s experience more relevant. (link)
Mobile app improvements (all) – Good news for HubSpot mobile app users; new features have been added that close the gap between the app and desktop experience. And if you haven’t downloaded the app yet, what are you waiting for? It’s worth it for the business card scanner alone.
Clearbit acquisition – we just completed an integration with a different data enrichment provider, and let me tell you…there’s a lot of room for improvement! Following Clearbit’s acquisition by HubSpot, we’re excited to see how detailed 3rd party customer data starts to show up in HubSpot so that Sales reps can sell better.
These five are just the tip of the iceberg. For full details on new enhancements from HubSpot, check out these links:
