HubSpotting: New and notable in HubSpot, June 2024

Here are HubSpot’s top 6 new features and updates to help you get the most out of your subscription in June 2024.

Things are heating up at HubSpot, and we’ve found the most promising new features and updates that are worth your time. As usual, many of these improvements come at no additional cost to subscribers!


Goals refresh (paid seat required, Starter and up) – Tracking each individual salesperson’s performance compared to goals is important, but it was hard to break this down and edit it easily. Now you can view all goals together, break down by frequency, develop reports, and more. (details)


Workflow actions to remove & update association labels (Professional and up) – Association labels – essentially how you describe the object or data you are connecting – was a notable improvement when it was introduced a few years ago. Now they are more powerful because you can use workflows to set or update them. (details)


Sequences embedded automation (Professional and up) – Who wants more time back in their day? Enrolling contacts in sequences was quite manual and time-consuming before, and now it’s a lot easier to unroll them based on specific criteria. (details)


Analyze automation performance via the workflows analyze tab (Professional and up) – Speaking of automations, you know that feeling when you check in on an automation only to discover there are errors and it hasn’t worked properly for ages? Now there is an easier way to track your performance, including recommendations for additional automation!  (details)


A unified record page editor (all) – Customizing what information your users can access in HubSpot is vital – and we’re surprised at how many companies don’t take the time to do this. Perhaps this new editor, which makes it easier to customize the content and layout of the record by creating, adding, removing, and reordering cards, will encourage more companies to only show the right info to the right person at the right time. Sync properties (Professional and up) – It’s important to put the right data in its place, such as a job title property on a contact record. But sometimes it’s important to sync properties across objects. With this new update, you can tell HubSpot to update a property on a company when an associated property on a deal is updated, for example. If you know, you know. (details)
