Developing a unique solution to help a small but mighty search investment fund manage and track its growth.

Regenerative Capital Group invests in and trains entrepreneurial leaders to acquire Canadian businesses as platforms for meaningful impact, growth, purpose, and profit. It recently engaged Inflectiv to architect and implement a solution that had two purposes:

  1. To manage the application and selection process of their first five CEOs In Residence. 
  2. To enable the newly-hired CEOs In Residence to find, research, engage and acquire businesses that fit their unique criteria.

Inflectiv built a solution that used extensive automation and data enrichment to streamline processes, track performance, and make its small but mighty team more efficient and effective. The data was partitioned to ensure the right role and team could access the right data.

Inflectiv updated systems and manual processes with a centralized HubSpot and Apollo.io solution. Training and documentation were rolled out over the two phases, with the work coming in on time and budget to exceed expectations.
