The company released a massive number of new products – more than 200!

Love how 𝘏𝘶𝘣𝘚𝘱𝘰𝘵 𝘊𝘌𝘖 𝘠𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘪 𝘙𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘢𝘯 summed it up in her keynote:

As you’d expect, AI was a huge component in virtually every new feature, and we like how it’s settling in organically across the Hubs.

Here are some of the specific new HubSpot products you should check out:

1️⃣ 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐛𝐲𝐞 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐇𝐮𝐛, 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨 𝑫𝒂𝒕𝒂 𝑯𝒖𝒃
There are more changes to Data Hub than just branding. It remains a powerful data quality and integration tool, but now there are new tools like Data Studio use AI to turn scattered context into unified data.

2️⃣ 𝐀𝐈-𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐏𝐐
Many people are surprised to learn that HubSpot has a quoting tool. Now Commerce Hub has a new AI-powered quote creation tool with enhanced analytics and approvals. The Closing Agent is also a promising way to answer product and pricing questions using AI.

3️⃣ 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐳𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨
I’ve always loved command centres, and now you can access HubSpot AI Assistants and Agents in one place. You can select the options like Customer Health Agent or Shopify Store Performance Agent from the growing HubSpot marketplace. Note that this may require additional credits.

4️⃣ 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐋𝐋𝐌 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
HubSpot has been quietly enabling you to combine your HubSpot data with external LLM sources. First it was 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘵-𝘎𝘗𝘛, then 𝘊𝘭𝘢𝘶𝘥𝘦, and now it brings 𝘎𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘪 to the table. HubSpot has always worked best with Google Workspace, so the addition of Gemini offers serious value to companies on both platforms.

As an example, sales reps can ask: “𝘚𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘮𝘦 𝘢 𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘥𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘥𝘳𝘢𝘧𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘶𝘱 𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘐 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘏𝘶𝘣𝘚𝘱𝘰𝘵.”
