Copilot record summaries on records and previews (all subs) – You’ve been back to back all day; now you’re about to speak to a prospect and need context. Summaries are available for contacts, companies, deals, and tickets to get you up to speed fast. (details)
Add calls, emails and meetings to campaigns (Marketing Pro and up) – We recommend that companies consider sales activities as campaigns just like marketers do. Now HubSpot lets you tear down silos even more by adding these activities to campaigns. (details)
Sunsetting legacy scoring property (all Pro and up) – Many have used lead scoring for a while, which gave a value based on positive and negative criteria. But they lacked essential features like actionable insights, decay, resets, and scalable rules. The old properties will disappear August 31, so start using the new Lead Scoring tool sooner than later. (details)
Manage Dashboard Access with Permissions (all subs, BETA) – Ever accidentally messed up a dashboard? Well, now you can gain precise control over who can see and edit your dashboards.(details)
Import find and replace (all subs) – Importing data is no joke. When if something goes wrong, it’s a pain to stop the import and fix everything offline. Now more errors can be resolved directly within the import tool. (details)
