To support your growth, HubSpot has rolled out tons of new features – most at no additional cost to subscribers. Here are our faves.
Breeze Intelligence and AI Agents (some free, some additional costs) – Have you tried Breeze yet, HubSpot’s much-heralded AI offering? This link has a thorough overview on everything, and there’s A LOT to absorb. We’re most excited about Breeze Intelligence’s native data enrichment to offer an alternative to ZoomInfo and Apollo. Dynamic sequences (Pro and up) – Typically contacts are unenrolled from sequences as soon as they open an email or book a meeting. But now you create sequences that branch out based on these engagements with manual tasks. You have to try this believe it. (details)
Smarter Service Hub (Pro and up) – HubSpot has made a number of improvements to this recently that makes it more competitive. The Company Health tool enables you to quickly summarize a company’s engagements for reps to refer to. Other new features include AI reply recommendations for reps based on your knowledge base. Or you can go full AI with Customer Agent.
Smarter lead scoring (Pro and up) – Too many low-quality leads? Now lead scoring is now even better. Score thresholds lets you prioritize by high, medium and low, while a new contact lead score card lets you easily assess a lead and find what influenced their score.
Smarter forms (Pro and up) – Now after someone submits a form, you can choose conditional redirects to specific pages based on the data they entered. There’s also a new AI gibberish spam detector that can keep your data clean. #$#$W%#!
