To mark the occasion, we’re sharing five new HubSpot updates you might want to check out. Most come at no additional cost to subscribers!
Recommended product updates (all) – Now you can stay on top of the latest changes – in HubSpot itself. Once you’re approved for this beta, the “Recommended” tab will appear at the top of the side nav, under “New to you”. (details)
Multi-step forms and CRM validation (Starter and up) – These are the most exciting things to happen to forms since the “Enter” button. First, you can now break down a super-long, one-page form into multiple steps/pages, providing visitors with a sense of accomplishment and encouraging completion (details). You can also match the data inputted into a form with the preferences set in your CRM, such as ensuring that a numerical field can only accept numerical data. (details)
Restore from data backup (all) – Now you can restore data in HubSpot from a previous backup state without having to re-import it! (details)
List filters history (all) – Sometimes managing the filters that get added or removed on your lists can get unwieldy, drastically changing the number of records on each one. Now you can go back to see what filters have been added, removed or changed over time. If you know, you know…. (details)
Sunsetting Became a Lifestyle Stage property and report (Pro and up) – Knowing exactly when contacts or companies move from one lifecycle stage to another is crucial, and now HubSpot is changing how that’s calculated. This can have a big impact for some companies, so contact us if you’d like us to look into that for you. (details)
